Pavlo Didych (Lukashevych) was born in Sambir, Lviv region, in 1967. At the age of 11, his parents introduced him to the fine arts studio at the local Pioneer Palace, where he began in the youth group under instructor V. M. Tarasenko and studio director Mykola Vasyliovych Prokopenko. Driven by a passion for painting, he advanced after four years to the senior group led by M. V. Prokopenko, where he studied for an additional 5 years. Throughout his training, he actively participated in various local and regional exhibitions.

Pavlo Didych is a member of the "Krylo" (Wing) Association of Sambir Artists. Through his initiatives, close networks were established with artists from Poland, Germany, and the United States. He is an active participant in numerous art exhibitions both within Ukraine and internationally. He held a solo exhibition, "Palette of the Carpathians," in Sambir, and since August 2022, he has been a participant in the international exhibition "I Stand for Ukraine. Stop the Invasion Now." A large number of his works are held in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
