Myron Selivachov, a Ukrainian artist from Kyiv. Throughout my life, I have strived to expand my knowledge, develop professionally, and contribute to the artistic life of Ukraine.
Education:
2023: Graduated from the Taras Shevchenko State Art Lyceum of Kyiv (KDKhL)
Key Achievements and Exhibitions:
2018: 1st place in the summer sketch competition (9th grade)
2019: 1st place in the KDKhL "Summer Impressions" competition (10th grade)
2021: Participant in the All-Ukrainian Christmas Exhibition organized by the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NUAU)
2022–2023: Active participant in senior-year competitions and projects, including the "Ukraine of the Future" project exhibited at the Kyiv City State Administration, and the "Children and Art of Ukraine" charity exhibition-auction.
2023: My painting "Kyiv 2023. Without Light" was named one of the "Top 10 Artworks of Ukraine" and exhibited in London. The charity auction was attended by King Charles III, and the event, including a photo of the artwork, was featured on the official Royal website. All proceeds from the art sales were donated to support children from eastern Ukraine affected by the Russian invasion.
My choice to be an artist has been entirely conscious since childhood. Today, I understand that building a strong Ukrainian nation requires a powerful artistic foundation. In my view, a country with a strong economy but lacking cultural development holds little interest for the modern world. That is why the opportunity to work and study in this field is incredibly important to me. I am confident that this chosen path will allow me to fulfill my potential as an individual and remain useful to my country.
Mediums & Techniques:
Current: Graphic techniques, watercolor, oil, and tempera painting.
Areas of interest: Motivated to master mosaic, monumental painting, and mural art.

Currently studying at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAFAA) in Kyiv, utilizing its rich heritage to develop into a versatile professional with a refined artistic taste.
