Origin: Kherson, Ukraine
Yuliia Petrunchak, working under the artistic pseudonym AYA, is a contemporary Ukrainian artist whose passion for creating began in early childhood. Primarily self-taught, she continuously refines her craft through specialized masterclasses and courses in illustration, painting, and ceramics. AYA draws her creative inspiration from the natural world, while her artistic vision is deeply informed by meditation and the mindful observation of everyday life.
Mediums & Techniques:
As a multidisciplinary artist, AYA embraces experimentation, often blending traditional techniques with found objects to create rich textures and layers.
Traditional Painting & Mixed Media: Acrylics, oils, threads, stones, seashells, and beads.
Alternative Mediums: Digital art and ceramics.
Today, her artworks are held in private collections and showcased across the globe, including in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Estonia.
